Exchange and Returns Policy
Dash and Sparky wants you to love your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return or exchange policy.
We accept returns up to 14 days from delivery. In order to be eligible for returns, items must:
• Be in new, unopened condition
• Include all original packaging and tags
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items on Sale
• Opened items or items not in original packaging or tags
• Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to our return center. You may pre-pay for a label using the return center below, or you can ship your return using the carrier of your choice.
